Almost the knee spike issue at the first mile, but I was able to fix my form and make it go away.
Other than that this was a really smooth race. I did not push to hurt so it was more of a tempo feeling run. Kept my pace very consistent and successfully managed negative splits. Legs actually felt a little tired and not used to a quicker turnover.
I have not worked on speed at all yet this year, but I think I'm ready.
