Ran hard the first 2 miles. Knowing it wasn't going to be a great race I decided to wait at the 2 mile mark for Steph to help her secure a new PR. Turns out she didn't need my help at all she ended up with a 27:36. I probably had another 7:30 mile in me, but I wasn't feeling it. With the recent back and knee injuries I was not prepared for this race.
Hopefully I can get it together in time to have a great FLW 10K, Cantigny 5K and Season ending Red Eye 8K.
