About me: I'm a busy Bay Area techie. Between family, work, and school - I have allowed myself to go quite a bit. A couple years back my weight was up to 263. Ever since then I have dropped to 206, and now I'm back to 240. At this point, I'm not interested so much in a "diet." Rather, i am looking to just make healthy decisions on a daily basis.
