Why do I run:
I'm at my best when I'm running. It's my time to daydream, imagine, blow off stress. It clears my head. If I could run through life I'd be happiest. I'm totally addicted and the days I don't run I feel off-kilter.... hmmm, obsessive maybe? |
Why I started running:
To lose all that weight gained with each pregnancy... To be a good role model of health for my kids... to get out in the fresh air every morning (with the kids) |
