BOSTON COACHING: 2 mile warmup, 5 x 1 Mile Repeats, 2 mile cooldown with Gusting Winds and cold temperature. Splits - 7:09, 7:11, 7:14, 7:28, and 7:15. Great workout but it kicked my ass.
