Valentine Run with Keiron ! supposidly at 'my pace' but I was definitely faster than I would be. We ran my usual 4.8 mile loop but added on more to make sure it was over 5 miles. first mile 8:22, 2nd mile 7:57, 3rd mile 8:14, 4th mile 8:08, 5th mile 8:07. Weather was great..we both wore shorts..40 degrees.
