The dreaded "02" strikes again for me in this morning's Southboro Gobble-Wobble 5K Road Race. splits: 6:49, 7:04, 6:32 (and the last .1 at 6:26 pace). 2nd in my age group. 43 seconds slower than the same course last year (last year I had Keiron pulling me through).
