4.81 Mile run in the sleet. Walked out the door thinking it would be tough conditions but ended up being a great run! no cars. the only people I saw were all shovelling or snowblowing their driveways and a few even gave me a wave. I also saw Joe Markey shovelling. 4 minutes slower than I usually do this loop but it was all snow packed roads and I felt like I was pushing the pace and felt very strong and happy. I came home to my jacket being a sheet of ice and Keiron and our kids laughing and saying I looked like an icicle which was true. First run using me/K's new Garmin 405 and I can't believe how accurate it is. my usual 4.8 loop that I've mapped out numerous times on mapmy run said 4.81 on the garmin and it beeped at all the usual mile markers that I know. Great run = Great day ahead!
