First place in my age group (30-39) and fifth overall woman. Sharon Timlin 5KRoad Race Mile 1= 6:26, Mile 2 =6:59, Mile 3=6:45 (and the last .1 in 6:00 pace). Ran it with Keiron next to me pulling me along . hilly mile 2. I ran 2 seconds faster overall than in the Pug 5K two weeks ago. THANK YOU TO KEIRON who wouldn't let me slow down. Humid run
