5 X 1000 Meters at outdoor track at 6am with running club. I ran to the track , and then ran 1 mile warm up then ran 5 x 1000 meters at 4:09, 4:16, 4:12, 4:12, 4:12 with 200 meters recovery. ran 1 lap cooldown (400 meters) then ran home from the track. about 6 miles of running in total. I ran much faster in the daylight. nice to be out there w/out a headlamp. great workout.
