6am Outdoor Track Workout with Hopkinton Running Club
1000 meters (4:16) , 1000 meters, (4:05) 2000 meters (8:28), 1000 meters (4:01)= 5K of speed
200 meters recovery. Warmup and cooldown and also I ran to the track and home
Ran with a headlamp for all but the last 1000 meters.
