RUNNING AHEAD was down for most of the day so I'm entering in this late: here is what I posted on FB earlier:
Tempo Run at 7:55 am. Running Ahead application is down so I'll have to log it there another time. 6.2 miles total. warmup 2 miles 3.7 miles tempo pace..7:22 per mile yet again) then 1/2 mile cooldown. all done now before the snow. wore the new running mittens Keiron gave me. still the SAME results as I've done on my tempo run the last sundays..
