Notes

20 minutes on the indoor bike this morning just to 'spin the pedals' as Keiron would say. I had the bike set on the 'hill interval' program though since I knew I could just be on there 20 minutes so wanted some sort of small quality. What a contrast in time only 20 minutes today vs running outside for 3 hours yesterday morning.
