8 hours sleep, 1/2 V8, 1 Grapefruit juice and banana breakfast. Calf hurt for most of mile 2, but completely pain free from 5 and on. This was only a 12 mile run and felt like "only" a 12 mile run - very comfortable throughout. Look at that heart rate - average never hit 150, max only 157, and that at the very end.
