9 hours sleep, V8 banana grapenuts milk and maple syrup breakfast. Started out surprisingly well. First 10 miles were fine. Began to chafe a bit at 9 and it got real bad by 13. Worse, tried not eating anything and that failed miserable (or it will work great next week). Also needed to poop the last 4. Between that and the chafing, it was utterly miserable. I really don't know why I'm doing this again.
