Didn't come close to getting bingo, or even filling out the card. between lap 20 and 30 I must have done a 62 second lap 5 times (lost the card). Didn't feel very good at all at the end. Probably too hard a workout so soon after the stomach flu. Also, did EO Noodle soup for dinner at 5pm. Noodle soup a good idea, but this one was too salty. Mouth felt like the desert near the end.
