9 hours sleep, V8, banana, yogurt, grapenuts, maple syrup, coffee breakfast. OK, so this was the worst run ever. Slowest pace in years and walked the last 4.5 miles. Yuk Yuk Yuk. As demoralizing as it gets. Should have been easier after a week off - like the marathon after taper. It was a muggy morning, but it wasn't really that bad.
