Treadmill

Notes

First interval workout of training, and first time ever doing intervals on a treadmill. It was actually pretty good. Time seemed to fly by due to the variety and speed sections (faster=less time on treadmill!). Warmed up for a mile at 10:42, 4X0.3 miles at 8:20 with 10:42 pace in between. Took a 5 minute break at 3 miles and repeated on 2nd machine (to avoid the treadmill shutting down on its own).
