8.5 hours sleep, V8 and banana breakfast. Nice solid run. Ran into Bhavik walking and he ran with me for a half mile or so. That helped keep the pace up. Still had lots of energy at the end - could have gone further. But I really want to get used to that feeling of knowing I could go further at the end before actually starting on longer runs.
