9 hour sleep, Oatmeal with yogurt, granola, brown sugar and raisins, tomato juice and coffee breakfast. Absolutely beautiful morning in Denver. Hot, but no humidity was a plus, but the lack of oxygen was definitely noticeable, especially in the last half mile. I'm actually kind of amazed at the time, though - definitely didn't feel like I was running that strong. Negative split does make sense, though, since it was uphill out (and thus downhill back).
