7.5 hours sleep, V8 and banana breakfast. Light wind. Legs a bit sore from yesterday, and there was a bit of humidity, but a comfortable run overall. Time was training plan target time (10:53), but I'm a bit disappointed - felt like I was doing a 10:30 pace.
