8 hours sleep, V8 and banana breakfast. Beautiful sunny morning. Calf hurt a bit near mile 2, but quickly cleared up. Felt great and decided to really push it for the last mile. Maybe not the smartest thing, especially with a 5k tomorrow, but it really felt good. Been a while. And, hey, I just want to have fun before training kicks in for Maine in a few weeks.
