Notes
Honestly the best long run ever. Ran first three miles or so, then did the 4 minute run/1 minute walk. Absolutely amazing how well it worked. Amazing how it felt, the whole way. Very well could have done a whole marathon today doing this. And I would have not only beaten 5 hours, but come close to 4:30! I didn't want to go under 10 minutes for any mile, but couldn't help it (particularly if there was a long downhill for the run part).
Did the Lamb and pulled noodle soup form Gene's for lunch Friday and basic pasta and tomato with butter and a basic salad for dinner. Breakfast was V8, banana, a bit of yogurt, marathon bread toast with almond butter and honey. Only got a bit over 7 hours of sleep.
