8 hours sleep, V8 and banana breakfast. Ramped up to 8:30 pace for middle mile. Did 1-2% uphill first half, 1%-2% downhill for second half. Downhill feature very nice - going to try toggling between uphill and downhill on tomorrow's 6 mile easy run.
