40 dumbbell (10 lbs) kneeling one arm row
30 dumbbell (10 lbs) bench press
30 half-ball squats
10 minutes rower
Dumbbell work was too easy - should add more variety and increase to 12 lbs.
half-ball squats really made the thighs sore! Of all the exercises to make me feel like a cripple, didn't think this one would do anything.
