7 hours sleep, V8 banana breakfast. Planned on easy run, and started off fine. Will/energy sapped for mile 3, walked part and just really enjoyed the weather and scenery. Picked right up for the last 3 - pretty consistent at goal pace throughout. As a workout run this was disappointing, but as a recreational run it was actually pretty good - just enjoying the morning on what may be the last nice warm sunny morning before winter.
