Splits are all off, screwed up the watch with the lapping. Mileage is a tad off because I started the timer late and also missed a lap. Probably did another quarter mile in addition. Did a Zombie run first - essentially a standard interval of 600 followed by 200 shuffle, except the shuffle was a zombie walk. Everyone started, with someone being the zombie. The zombie walked while the rest ran @5k pace. When the first person lapped the zombie, they turned around to head back. the rest turned around when they reached the zombie. Then we did Survivor. I was at the end and only made it a lap. Muscles really stiffened up in the cold while waiting my turn, and I had no desire to risk it by pushing. Fun practice overall.
