First track practice for the season. Forgot my watch, so I couldn't track pace in any way. But it was a pretty basic workout - 5K pace for all intervals, so just run as fast as you can. 1.5 mile warmup outside, 8x600 with one lap shuffles between and 5 minute rest half way, plus 6 lap cool down.
I've forgotten how hard yet satisfying these workouts are.
