8 hours sleep, V8 and banana breakfast. Nice easy run after a couple of weeks off. Left knee fine throughout, energy fine throughout, felt a bit stiff, but comfortable the whole way. Just had to do 4 - 3 seems too short. Could "feel" the knee doing lunges, but no real pain. I think keeping it to 4-6 mile easy runs through June with a bit of weight work here and there should make it pretty easy to begin training again in July.
