8 hours sleep, V8 and banana breakfast. Nice easy 4 miler. only a short bit of crunchy snow/ice at the 2 mile mark. But it was frozen pretty solid - 6 miles wouldn't have been possible. Let's hope it clears up some by tomorrow.
