9 hours sleep, V8 banana cottage cheese and bagel breakfast, coffee on the way in. Started out feeling sluggish. As usual, go better after 4 or so miles, and actually felt good through 8. Started to peter out after 14 and really hit the wall at 15. Energy just drained completely out and felt like vomiting. Made it to the holiday inn stop and a big handful of goldfish really helped. Very light jog to 16.5 and walk-ran the rest of the way. Had blox at 5 and a waffle at 10 - the waffle really was great - would have died much earlier without it. should of just had the second on in my pocket as soon as I started to bonk.
