8 hours sleep, V8 banana and yogurt breakfast. Felt tight going out, sore/painful in the upper thigh. Pushed it, though, and felt better in the second half. Missed overall goal by quite a bit. Don't know how I could have hit the 8:13 goal for the intervals, but I probably could have pushed a bit more to get closer to 10:30 in the rest/warmup/cooldown sections.
