9 hours sleep, V8, banana and a bit of yogurt breakfast, salad and apple lunch. Slept in for another hour in the morning because it was pouring rain at 5:30 so I figured I'd put off the run to the afternoon. By the time I left the house it stopped raining. Fairly dry with occasional drizzle through the afternoon. About two miles in, it started to pour. Buckets of rain fell from the sky, almost felt like running underwater. Oh well. Went too fast, but felt fairly comfortable the whole way. Chest was a bit tight and the stomach was a bit crampy. Probably from the heavy fiber lunch.
