Notes

8 hours sleep, V8 banana breakfast. Pouring out, so did a Treadmill run in the gym. Not too bad on the new equipment, except it only shows speed, not pace, which was annoying. Felt very good throughout - two days rest after the race was perfect - let the muscles heal.
