8 hours sleep, V8 and banana breakfast, coffee on the way in. Beautiful morning for a run. Spectacular doing it around the Charles. Spellbinding amazingness. And it felt good and easy the whole way. Knee was OK most of the time, but did begin to complain a bit at the end. Kate thinks it's IT band - did some rolling after and it seemed to help a bit. She also showed me this thing with two lacross balls taped together - lay with it under the knee with full body weight pressing down. Kind of hits some pressure point or something. Gonna try and do a bit of gym work - half ball squats, lateral leg lifts and stuff for the next month or so and keep the running light. Hopefully that'll clear everything up and I'll be ready to start in earnest in January.
