6.5 hours sleep, V8 and banana breakfast. Slow start, still a bit of pain in the right calf and rear thigh. Pain went away pretty quickly, but legs were noticeably sore throughout the run. Still going to do 8 tomorrow, but definitely not going to do an MP run, just going to take it easy, try to heal, even on Saturday's 21.
