8 hours sleep, V8 and banana breakfast. 15 minutes elliptical. 3X10 12.5 lb barbell each arm. 3x10 inclined sit-ups. 3x10 8lb ball lift left, right and center. Been too long doing upper body stuff - shoulders and chest pretty sore.
