5 hours sleep, v8 banana and coffee breakfast. No much sleep last night due to work power outage recover efforts. Just wasn't into the race, so I treated it like a regular workout with just a tad more effort. Probably could have done better, but I really just didn't want to. As a first 10K, this set a good baseline for future PRs :)
