8 hours sleep, V8, banana, yogurt, grapenuts, maple syrup breakfast. Forgot the coffee. OK overall, Walked about two miles of the end - no energy and muscle pain everywhere. At least I pretty much ran the first 16, so I'm headed in the right direction. Did water every 3 and both an enduralyte and honey waffle every 6. Doing the enduralyte and waffle together seemed to work well, but I should have done them every 5.
