10 hours sleep (!), V8, bagel and cream cheese, 2 cups coffee breakfast. Decent run - not too humid, nice breeze and lots of shade on the route made it more than bearable. Don't know how I did the 2nd mile soo fast - it was mostly up hill - mind racing again as usual.
