Oh, dear. The right leg hurt quite a bit starting out. The pain eased up a bit, but didn't ease up as much as previously in the first mile. Then at the end of the first mile the left achilles started up with sharp pains! Stopped and went to elliptical. Did that at level 10 for about 10 minutes, not too bad, and could definitely feel the right leg pain go away. Tried to run again but same pains continued at full force in both legs! Did another 10 minutes on the elliptical and called it a day. This isn't good....
