8 hours sleep, V8, banana, yogurt, grapenuts, maple syrup, coffee breakfast. Beautiful trail - definitely a keeper. Tree cover pretty much continuous, which definitely made a difference today - sunny with temp of 75 at the start, 85 at the end. The last two-three miles felt tough, and HR bears that out. But I don't think I would have made it running Main Street.

Did the waffles today again too - still like them a lot more than blocks or gel.
