Why do I run:
Now I keep running because it's my time to myself, not to mention the endless benefits of working out regularly. Not the least of which is how dramatically my mood stablizes, which has it's own side benefit...my fiance encourages me to keep working out because he also enjoys the benefits of my mood stabilizing :D |
