FRIST PR IN THREE YEARS!!!!! - felt great up until last 800m - better than dying last mile like Hinsdale - nevertheless I picked it up last 100m - ran with Jake to mile one than left him and got close to Sarna - last 800m Sarna last me and Jake got close finishing one second behind me - right instep really hurt afterwards but legs okay - second mile purposely slow to conserve and not die - very hot out - sweat like crazy before race even started - stomach not as empty as it should have been! - too much for dinner last night
