ran w/TK, moylans, jake, ben, brendan early before skiing all day - cold/flu getting better but still SUCKS - it is really affecting my cardio - skied all day then had accident towards end of day - Jake got concussion and we went to the hospital and spent few hours there - then drove back to teh cottage and he went home with his dad - what a night
