warmed up about 45min before race - stomach not quite as empty as i would have like but it wasn't too bad - legs just really tired which I don't understand - stomach as been weird ever since that terrible run on wednesday - wind was simply ridiculous with gusts up to 30mph - splits were terrible (71,77,79,74) - cool down on my own and then quick stretch before leaving
