much more consistent with the sequence today, but WOW did I take a lot of splits - with my last sprint at 45s it's now clear to me that swimming a down and back 50 is faster than a one-way 50 bc of the extra push off - I like this format, so I think I'm going to stick with this and just try to slowly decrease the rest - my freestyle form definitely feels smoother than the back stroke form - finally starting to get the legs figured out on backstroke - upper body a bit sore from lifting yesterday so I skipped that and just did core at home
