Regionals at Turtlehead (2.94mi Sandburg course w/open field loop) - very cold and windy - back loops extrememly muddy! - did pretty well despite bad conditions - team placed 2nd out of 8 behind Sandburg - definitely felt fresh and loose from tappering - raced with two Shepard kids entire time but lost them on last lap - passed a lot of guys throughout - kept strong pretty much all the way through
