swam after visit to the trainers and lots of hip strengthening exercises - trainer said that yesterday's pain is actually not much to worry about...I just ran too much too quick - I need to start at 20min or so and work up from there - I also need to do LOTS of hip strength stuff!! - will try running a bit tomorrow and continue to cross train as well - 1:50, 2:02, 2:02, 2:03, 2:02, 2:01, 2:09, 2:07, 2:06, 2:02, 2:01, 2:10, 2:10, 2:17, 1:04 (50m)
