good wake up and core before - successfully cracked pelvis before run! - started pretty strong - extreme sun and heat got to me half way through run - started getting really dehydrated at 8mi and got cold - stopped at house from 1min at 8.5mi for quick glass of water - felt a little better after this - left hip flexor pretty sore throughout but nothing bad enough to make me stop - pain really intensified afterwards - ankle fine entire time - took inserts out of shoes for this run and I think it was better - I really like these mizunos - average pace was pretty close to last time I did this loop and that was with my mom - first mile=6:40 - 2.5-5mi loop in 16:30 (6:36pace) - 1.75mi out and back in 11:56 (6:50 pace) - last mile in 6:30 - really pushed at end and when I stopped everything got bright and I was wheezing (dehydration)
